Unclench: Yoga Therapy Group for Stress, Anxiety & Overwhelm

Unclench is a 6 week series exploring the effects of stress, anxiety and overwhelm on our brains, bodies and behaviors. In this series, you can expect to learn the science behind stress and how to build a deeper relationship with yourself. We will split up each 2 hour session to combine learning about stress, practicing movement and breathing practices, learn self massage and restorative yoga for conscious rest and build community in a private group setting. This is an all levels Yoga Therapy group-no prior yoga experience is necessary. This is a casual, no pressure setting to explore how we can respond to stress instead of react. You must sign up for the whole series, no drop-ins and no refunds. 


Most of my offerings are on a sliding scale basis. Please pay the highest amount you are able in order to leave space for those experiencing financial difficulty. Sometimes there’s nothing scarier than living inside our minds. This group is for anyone who is looking for holistic ways to manage their stress, find safety and comfort in themselves and learn ways to make it a little bit easier to live in a society that has constant pressure.
